Disgraceful Customer Services Consultants

Utterly disgusted with Natassja Naidoo and Christelle Vorster these are such ********* and rude consultants that literally will be willing to fight with you over the phone if not in agreement, they can also lie and advise they will escalate to a supervisor to make issues go away.

These guys don't understand consumer protection act legislation and will bill you even though you no longer reside at a property, I wish Jacques Du Toit was aware of these staff members who can literally lie and advise they don't have details of their director on email, imagine being told over the phone on a confirmed cancellation and then when asking for the call to be listened to they ignore your emails.

The people can make up total nonsense and will duck and dive to push complaints under the carpet.

Terrible services like this will ruin Vox sadly.
