Disconnected Fibre ISP

i made the serious mistake of signing up with Vox Telecom for Fibre in Cape Town on the 26th October. when nothing had happened six weeks later, i tired phoning the Cape Town office, but could nevr get through. i phone the JHB office for assistance but got none. I then e-mailed the address on the contract document. i received an immediate response that the lady would investigate and get back to me. i am still waiting. i then e-mailed the rep who signed me up and a flourish of internal e-mails took place. He commented that something was wrong as his other customers were already connected. last week he told that there had been a "discrepancy with regard to a duplicate quote" whatever that means. i have heard nothing since. it is nearly two months since i signed up. two other ISP's have approached me during this period and i wish that i had signed up with one of them. Vox Telecom's lack of service and professional does not bode well for new customers. I am not holding my breath for a response from them this year.
