Disappointment

I drove to the Vox Telecom in Pretoria East looking for a data solution for my house. When I entered, there were 3 people ready to help me. Except the did not. They briefly mentioned the options and that was it. No one sat down with me to discuss their packages. They took my number and email address and assured me they will send me an email with all the detail I require. Three days on, I'm still waiting for that email...<br> <br> Please note Vox, that if someone is willing to drive to your office, they are serious about getting your product/service.<br> <br> If Vox is so bad at sending simple information to a prospected client who is willing to pay them, I can't even imagine how bad their after service would be.<br> <br> Seems likely that Vox will surely not get business from me or my company.
