Disappointing service delivery!! I should never have moved from Afrihost

Can't I just get out of my contract with you without having to pay a penalty?

I am not satisfied with the service from you!!

I sent an email last week asking about how I'd go about if moving to another address, and they also have a fibre box!!

Thanks, if you don't get back to me, then I don't see the point of continuing to be with you, and still be liable for charges!!
