Disappointing Service!!!!!!!

I must say this is one company by far that has no respect for Black Businesses whatsoever. We had problems with the first implementation process and only when I complained of how their staff undermines black people and have no sense of urgency for Black Business, they acted efficiently.

Fast forward to now, I called a month ago today, advising them of our urgent move as we had a break-in at our previous offices. I was advised by our accounts manager that this will take 3 to 4 weeks. We have had to call them requesting feedback and they do not even care to advise on uncertain site visits. However they will bill and cut your link should you not pay. We have had to pay for alternative internet services, cellphones and pay Vox for a service we do not receive. I am utterly disappointed today, as I type this, they have sent a consultant a month after paying them and making alternative arrangements, for a survey, only to tell us that it will take yet another month before we can connect.

I cannot wait till our three year contract is over, so we can kiss their contract goodbye. I have actually seen that it is even expensive to run with them as their absence made me aware it is a *******. We have been paying over 6000.00 monthly for something that has been working in our office for less that a 1000.00 a month.

To be honest the staff is clearly rude, and only when I speak about us a black female ownership business are disregarded by their company, only then they act. So clearly the shoe fits.
