Disappointing service

Absolutely poor service. They are quick to push a sale down your throat but fail on customer service. Not helpful at all! I've opted to cancel on a month to month contract and they're charging me R300 to pick up my device where I could drop it off at their offices which is near my workplace. They are inflexible and disappointing. It also took them approx 5 months to sort out my connection with Telkom in order to get optimum speeds.
