Disappointed in Vox

If I could give -5 stars that would be appropriate. Terrible abrupt unfriendly "customer service". We pay for a 20meg line, majority of the time it hovers over 14, sometimes even 1 or 2, same qith the upload speed. What prompted this review today is the fact that the internet has been down for hours today, yet according to their website there are no reported issues. Myself and my neighbor has reported this issue, they even sent techs out...but apparently there are no reported issues. People are working and studying from home. This is truly inconvenient.
