Disappointed customer
I am still waiting for my refund from Vox. They sent a message that they will be collecting their rental hardware to date it has not been collected and I trust I will not be charged for their failure to collect as communicated by their office.
When I call their customer call cetre I can't get answer. I am hoping this message will reach to the correct officials who will assist me with my concern.

Kindly note that we have received confirmation from the Accounts team that the billing query has been resolved.
We have confirmed that the credit was approved 06 December 2023, there was a credit of R711.09 at the time.
Your new January installment (R639.00) offset against the credit , hence a credit balance of R72.09 is left.
