disappointed

I Would like to say the the information I was given about Vox is not what they pow try, I tried calling the number that they advertise no one answers the phone and you not getting the correct answers that you need from whoever picks up the phone so what should one do , I was told that Vox is quick on it and they help you very quick and before you know it you are connected with in two to three days well that was bull ****
