Disappointed and frustrated

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the cancellation of my WiFi subscription, despite my request for a payment break due to financial difficulties.

On the 2nd March, I emailed your team requesting an extension on my upcoming WiFi payment, which was due, I explained that I was experiencing financial difficulties and required a temporary reprieve to get back on track. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to my email, and to my surprise, I discovered that my subscription had been cancelled.

I am extremely disappointed in the way my request was handled. As a customer, I had expected more understanding and flexibility from your team. The cancellation of my subscription has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am now forced to seek alternative internet services.

I request that you reinstate my subscription and consider my original request for a payment break. I am willing to work with your team to find a solution that meets both our needs.

Please investigate this matter urgently and provide a response regarding the actions you will take to resolve this issue.
