Very disappointed with Vox Vumatel regarding black friday special. I am an existing client and paying R699 for 50/50 line and the offer for black friday special is 100/100 for R499 in my area. Called in and. Sales person said there's no way that I can upgrade. New clients will grow your client base however existing clients made your company. Re think your strategy next time or you will lose many more clients. This definitely feels like a rip of. Account number: ***
