Did not get what I paid for, and must stay another month. <br> <br> Voxtelecom have a adsl package R170 for 50gb. Thats what I needed and thats what I ordered. This happened on the 25th of January 2015. <br> <br> I used 15gb and then they cut me off. I send them an email and ask them why ? They ignored the email for 23 hours, finally I send them an cancellation and then someone phoned me. The excuse was that for the time left of the month they pro rata changed my cap to 15gb. So first off they decided for me, I dont want 50gb I want 15gb, but I still was charged R170 why was that not changed pro rata ?
