Deplorable service from Vox

We have had the most terrible service from VOX Telecom , i eventually cancelled the service and received confirmation that it would be cancelled on the 1st December 2023 , only to find that once again we had no service on the 22 November , I phoned their technical department and was given a reference number , i followed up on the 23rd November only to be told that our service has been cancelled and i should speak to the accounts department , i spoke to the accounts department and was told i should speak to the customer retention department , they transferred me and eventually reached a voicemail telling me not to leave a message , i then phoned the accounts department and gave them proof of the cancellation due on the 1st December , they said it had been cancelled in error and i should speak to the technical department , i once again phoned the technical department and they said yes it had been cancelled in error and he would log a ticket. Please save yourselves a lot of frustration and use another provider, Vox does not provide a service. Clearly the departments dont communicate with one another and simply dont care.
