Deplorable service

What a NIGHTMARE of an organisation to deal with... the word organisation implies that you should be just that... organised, but this has turned out to be anything but.

I signed up with Vox on the 1st of March... it took you guys 2 months to give me a call about coming over to install the router after the back and forth SADV where neither of you could get a simple job done correctly. Easter weekend, Saturday 20th April, I FINALLY get a call about setting up an appointment for someone to come and install the router. At this point, I had already switched providers and told your agent that there is no need for you to show up at my house as your services are no longer required.

Low and behold, TODAY, 24 April 2019 I get an email from you welcoming to the Service and hoping I enjoy the service!! WHAT service when there was NO installation?!

I call your offices, wait FOREVER to be told by some other agent that due to the installation I will have to incur cancellation fees to cancel the service... now I ask once more... what installation as none of this has actually taken place!!
