Demand for paying for hardware collected by Technicians - A BIG NO

I want to share my experience with an inadequate after service of Vox Telecom. They threaten me for a handover for final demand on a payment for hardware I do not have in my possession as 2 of their technicians collected it the day we moved from our house. I have no memory of signing any documentation, as it was a crazy day, attending to everybody. My question is, where are their records of picking up the equipment 30 April, a logbook? Honest employees record pickups of hardware and book it in at the office, is that not procedure? Second question if it was booked in, why do I need to pay if records was not kept as per procedure, surely every company has procedures?? I will not stand this nonsense, being accused of hardware that was collected by the technicians and now my credit score being negatively affected after several calls and emails to Vox.
