Deliberately trying to make things difficult
I had a 200/200 Fibre line with Vox, and boy was I disappointed. The connection goes down at least twice a month, then after you phone and log it does it get sorted a few hours later. I am so happy it was month-to-month when I cancelled, and it was longer than 12 months, so I did not have to pay any penalties. I cancelled in the beginning of December 2021, and then they insisted that the cancellation will only be logged on 31 January 2022. I wanted to take it further but I felt it was not worth my time. Their customer support is useless as they lack product knowledge. So now, 1 February 2022 the line goes down as expected, and my new ISP has logged the activation with Frogfoot, however Frogfoot is unable to switch it over, because Vox is deliberately holding the line so it cannot be switched over. It is over 48 hours later, and when I speak to Vox they say it will take ANOTHER 48 hours for them to release the line. They say they will phone back, but they NEVER DO. This is not an ISP that you want, they don't like it when you cancel with them and they do everything they can to make as difficult for you as possible, only costing you a lot of money in phone calls and having to pay for premium mobile data just to continue your day-to-day work. Stay as far away from Vox as you can, they are like the crazy ex-girlfriend that just won't let go and wants to destroy any happiness with anyone else besides them.
Best regards,

Frogfoot then sent a contractor at their expense to replace the ONT device, which holds the serial number for the line. After it was replaced I sent the new Fibre serial number to my new ISP, and within 30 minutes my line was active and I was online.
No thanks to Vox, and never again.
