DELIBERATELY BLOCKING MY EMAILS & IGNORING REQUESTS TO REMOVE EMAILS ADDRESS' FROM FORTIMAIL BLOCKED LIST
<p>Despite my email of yesterday, the call I received from an unnamed individual at your offices at 15:25 yesterday, who promised to remove my accountants email address from your fortimail blocked list, and your meaningless response on hellopeter yesterday, my accountant has again had an email he tried to send to me blocked this morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>It now appears that you seem to be deliberately targeting me and my emails following yesterdays exchanges.</p>
For no apparent reason, my accountants email address (which he has been using to communicate with me for approx 6 years) was black-listed on this ******** of a system described below called fortimail. More likely, I am beginning to believe that the operators of this system (vox telecom) are uns****ed, untrained, most probably unmotivated, undoubtedly exceedingly poorly managed and in need of two or more years of kinder-gaarten schooling.
I received this response yesterday;

Vox recently made a significant investment in new technology, which in the main included the following:
The provision of enhanced email security on our shared email and web hosting platform; and
Introducing additional functionality such as email policy control, SPF record enablement and enhanced reporting.
Vox submits that the deployment of enhanced email security on our shared email and web hosting platform is intended to prevent and guard against any unsolicited or harmful e-mail.
Furthermore, the mail security interventions initiated by Vox serves to improve mitigation against network congestion caused by spam and in so doing, assists in maintaining and improving upon the overall quality of service.
Unfortunately this is a global system implementation and as far as exclusions are concerned we are not able to assist.
Vox Telecommunications would like to assure our customers that it remains committed to ensuring that we consistently provide our clients with best of breed services under our current offering. These efforts amongst others, demand that we remain vigilant in guarding against any content or conduct which may have an adverse impact on our network or our customer base.

As discussed with you previously, unfortunately, this is a global system implementation and as far as exclusions are concerned we are not able to assist.
