Deducts payment for 5 months and a cancellation fee without even installing anything!

I app**** for fibre last year. After getting no real response and no help I cancelled my application. I was helped by another ISP within 3 days.

Now 5 months later I receive an invoice for cancellation and another invoice for the line (which they never installed or connected) for the last 5 months on the same day. They then proceed to deduct the money off my account.

I tried to phone but there is no answer!

Do not go with these guys they are effectively ********.
