Cut off our internet and could not get hold of anyone! No one ever phones you back.

Cut off our internet line without advising us and they then claimed it was because we owed then R50.00. Had to phone 6 times to try find out what the problem was and then advised us that they had changed their rates without communicating with us. Shocking service.
