Cut off due to your error

Vox cut our internet because of a mix up with a house in our same street that cancelled their account. We have first confirmed it was not us. Vox admitted the fault was on their side and 4 DAYS later we are still without internet and I would from home so it is not for watching TV and surfing the net this is my income you are messing with. Everyone promises to get back to us BUT NO ONE has ever. We have to call over and over again and no one has the capability to switch us back on. It was not problem to debit my account with my monthly premium and cut me off, but now no one can be bothered to help rectify YOUR MISTAKE. I am so sorry i didnt read this platform before chosing this provider as I can see your service to EVERYONE is total *******. I am waiting for someone to call me back and re instate my internet TODAY!!!
