Customer support is a headache

Terrible customer service. I haven't had any issues up until this point where my internet slowed down and works intermittently. Trying to get hold of support with efficiency is a headache, maybe they didn't like all my spamming which is fair because I don't enjoy spamming either but I suppose if you pay for a service, you expect some form of good technical support. If you value efficient and decent customer support then this ain't it.
