Customer Service zero

I had to come a write this review its about time so if you thinking about signing with Vox in the near future think twice. Customer service delivery is at a minus zero. I logged a fault on Sunday the 12 September 2021 today is the 15th I have not had any feedback from Vox to date. Call them say they working on the line which is a lie there is nobody that is working on the line. My line is outside my house and there is nobody working on my line and I have a clear view of it. reference VOX***0. I have had endless problem with the service I receive from Vox there was a time I had no service for 3 weeks they showed no interest in resolving my complaint, but come month end they deduct the money for a service they clearly don't know how to resolve in time. I will write a review about this company everyday until the service that I am paying for resolved and better service
