Customer Service of the Highest Order

I just wanted to give Voxtel a complement for their great etiquette and customer service of the highest order. I wanted to particularly highlight that they actually listen with an intention to finding a solution. Importantly, when they promise to call back, they call back. What makes their interaction is that they pick up the issue and history from the last person so there's a level of great continuity. It's extremely pleasing and reassuring, as such. I'm not going into the details of the matter but for the record, I'd like to specifically mention Damian, Natachia, Fatima, Lerato and Pauline for their endeavors in trying to get a win-win situation for Voxtel and I.
