Customer service experience.

The worst wifi service ever, their customer service is pathetic, I have paid them in full about two weeks ago, I communicate with them on a daily but my issue does not get resolved. So much for being pro active. I want my refund or somebody must come an connect this wifi and extend my contract because this is ridiculous! The Vox departments communication is not coherent and the inconsistencies in what they communicate to customers clearly illustrates that they dont have a clue on what their doing over there.
