Customer service excellence from the top to the bottom

I received a couple of agents that was fantastic when it came to customers service, out of them Brizelle Pretorius was the quickest to respond and always helpful.

I had a really bad service with Telkom and I would tell you hands down, everyone that gave VOX a bad rating needs to go to telkom they will see what is a bad service and I mean really bad service.

Vox I think this service is amazing from customer service down to technical with the installation, I have been with you only three months and I can gladly say hands down the best internet service I had, honestly you guys are the best.
