Customer service doesn't exist

When I took a package with Vox I have set up a monthly debit order, I don't understand why every time I have to confirm a debit order mandate. I am working from home and can not afford not to have internet. No one picks up the calls when you call, the phone rang for 20 minutes with no answer.
