Customer Loyalty rewarded with penalties and double charging!!!

I am a Vox customer since October 2020 and unfortunately had to move from my house and was subsequently required to pay a cancellation fee of R2400. After moving house I then acquired another account with Vox, what was a plus was the fact that my new premises already had Fibre installed, therefore not requiring any installation - so the free installation "promise" did not apply to me. Now, here is my concern; 1. Why am I still being charged a cancellation fee (from my previous house) while I am still with the same company? 2. Currently, there are 2 accounts attached to my name (on Vox), meaning that Vox wants me to pay twice for the same service (For my old house-which I did not use and my new house) - is that even legal for a person to pay for the same service twice? I know it is contractual that when a person cancels the contract within 12 months then they have to pay penalties BUT surely all these penalties can be waived particularly when the customer still CHOOSES (Yes, it is a choice) to remain a customer although under a different address. Does it make sense to you to punish loyalty with penalties and double charges? I would appreciate it if would reconsider my case particularly since I still remain as your customer and the fact that no installations took place at my new address. Since fibre was already installed at the new premise - there were no installations required (Money saved by the company and yet they still insist on charging me a cancellation fee - how fair is that?)
