Credits and Debit Order not attended to

Tried to cancel Debit order but couldn't. Explained I will do eft and was told if I did debit order wouldn't go through. Needless to say Debit Order went through & Bank Charges were R130 was told they were going to pass a credit after last complaint & was only credited R35 (their charge for returned Debit Orders) but I have to pay the Bank R130 because of this so I paid R20 on my account which was amount due after credits should have been passed. I only paid R20 I was cut off & had to pay R150 to get internet access back last night. This has been going on for 2 months now I still haven't been credited with Bank charges for the past 2 months of R130 each time which should not be my charge as I am now paying via eft despite note being able to cancel the debit order. To make matters worse I have sent emails and 2 queries VOX*** & VOX*** to which I have had no response, I called today and was told that someone would call me back almost an hour ago! Now I waste valuable time complaining when I should be working. All I want is 2 credits for bank charges of R130 each, 2 credits on my Vox account of R35 which I have been charged for rejected debit orders & my debit order cancelled
