Credit my account or refund me

I'm not happy with Vox, I've been asking for my refund or rather a credit on my account since October since I could not connect from 5 Oct to 1 Nov. A lady by the name of LESLEY promised to investigate and get back to me yesterday and she has not. Today a lady by the name of YOLANDA dropped a call on me
