CPA... Breached!
Do not use this service... Make sure if you get this service deal directly with them, not through an agent, then ensure you understand penalty clauses and the rand value of these clauses... I am currently the litigation process with Vox Telecoms as I have no contract stipulating I have to pay our a cancellation fee of R3 800!!!!!... I will also be pursuing my rights under the CPA and enquiring with the Ombudsman on this case as a result....
