Councellation

I regret the day I signed up with them they have a very poor communication especially on councellation team I sent them councellation email on the 31st march then I received a ticket with reference number then they were quite on the 8th I received a email saying my account has been suspended and they will take me to a 3rd party and I responded telling them Ive counselled my account am still waiting for them to respond after that no reply but I keep getting emails that I need to pay but nothing about my councellation on the 13th I sent an email asking them to councell my account still no reply on th 24 i received the call from lady saying that they received my email but ill be liable to pay for April i asked her how coz I didnt use their service and I wasn't told anything about 1 month notice so i will not be able to pay that they need to revise my invoice and send it to me by the end of this Month because I need to settle my account but still no reply nothing I feel like they are ****mers and you can't even get hold of them and it's so frustrating
