its rare that you find people that make time to give positive reviews to companies only when there is complains

I took time today to give Vox a 5 star rating since i have been 2 years with them i started my fiber package 15mbps upload and download for about R700 at the time

they increased my package to 25mbps upload and download and i paid about R724 Recently they increased the package again to 50mbps upload and download with no extra fees increase this is amazing

they always inform when there is an issue which i barely ever experienced Their website and account profile is easy to access and get info

i once forgot to make a payment and they switched it off, but as soon as a made a payment i was back online in a few minutes

very satisfied
