Contract sim card with a router i did not order

I ordered a sim card from a lady called khosi and she added a router for me of which I called back to rectify that mistake but she still added it and she was very rude when I called her back. So they delivered the whole package I called again she told me to the the sim only ...the driver refused I sent back the whole parcel...she told me I will have to pay for the courier service... How do I pay for extra charges that wasn't even my fault but her fault she did not even try to assist me further with management or give me alternative
