Contract not being fulfilled

I am angry and frustrated because I accepted a VOX: Q991873 Contract Acceptance Request on or around 10 Feb as I would like to move over to Vox from my current service provider. Last I heard it was being provisioned and I have been in correspondence with Braam Herbst FTTH: Area Specialist at Vox 3x since then and (Fri, 28 Feb, 13:21, Tue, 3 Mar, 15:34, Tue, 10 Mar, 12:24) and I still don't know what's happening with my order or when I can expect this contract to be fulfilled. In the future I expect better customer service from your company as I am having second thoughts about my decisions to switch.
