CONTINUED PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VOX TELECOM AND TT CONNECT

Well...... even I underestimated just how pathetic the service is from Vox Telecom and their partner TT Connect!!!!

My initial posting was on the 9th January and as of today 2 WEEKS SINCE I LOGGED MY INITIAL CALL, THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY FIBRE UP AND RUNNING! Apparently their 72 hour response time to resolve technical issues is a LOAD OF BS! Now they tell me they are at the mercy of TTConnect who have no interest in responding to fix their damn box!! I am damn sure they will bill me at the end of the month despite only providing a service for 1 week of the month so far! And I had to replace the Microtik Router at my cost anyway!
