Consumers beware of Vox telecom

So I've done a couple of reviews regarding this company and I give praise where it's due but my word have I been having constant issues with vox. I'm having an issue where my router is resetting on its own, this is an ongoing issue for a few months now and for some reason everytime I speak to a technician no one has solutions. I'm told I can't cancel with vox or else I have to pay to cancel but I am paying for a service that I can only use part time and no one has a solution to my problem. Please if u reading this review rather use another company because this company takes your hard earned money and don't deliver with the service they have promised.
