Constant Issues with VOX and Vumatel

Terrible service along with VUMATEL , internet has been off for more than 24 hours. No one has responded to my ticket. I'm highly frustrated as internet is also very unstable. For the amount of money I am paying the service is poor. The call center is always busy as well. Which tells me they don't care enough about SLA to higher more people.
