Constant Fibre Disconnection without notice

Intermittent disconnection

Vox Telecom are the most *********** Fibre Service Provider I have had to deal with. They are constantly disconnecting the fibre without any notification whatsoever. Every week without fail, not once but twice or more a week it gets disconnected. It is most frustrating!!!

It is most frustrating especially when you are running a business solely based on the internet!

If you plan on getting Fibre, it would be wise to look at other ISP before making a decison on Vox!
