Constant email problems

Of late there have been so many problems, mainly sending emails. They 'blacklist' me for sending Spam - which is nonsense. I use addresses from my address book and they will not accept them, even automatic replies show that the address is wrong!<br> I called Customer Care this evening and there was a message which was spoken so quickly one could not understand it, I waited for a 'consultant' and was told that if I was a satellite customer (which I am not) I wouldn't have a problem! Then I was told that an under sea cable 'was hurt' which was causing my problem.<br> I wonder why I pay for this 'service' - not for much longer me thinks!
