Conned into cancellation without the consultant explaining the cancellation fee!

Please do not consider signing with VOX, con is a understatement... Please do not trust this service provider I have received nothing but headaches from them... As you can see the below reviews are ONLY negative and this below comments are very true as I'm experiencing the same thing... I got conned into canceling my service without being told by the consultant there would be a cancellation fee and being a idiot I still increased my subscription fee and internet speed. NEVER GO WITH VOX cannot wait to cancel this service and I WILL NO LONG REFER ANYONE.
