CONNECTED WITHOUT SERVICE
The support team is pathetic, we've been without the internet for over a week now. sent emails, phoned and been told a technician has been allocated. up to now, no one has come through to fix the problem, and to make matters worse, we're expected to pay the full amount on the first, when we didnt receive service for the full month. anyone who is considering to take up VOX, my advise......STAY AWAY, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

28 Dec 2022, 10:39please also send this to your accounts, i see no reason to pay for the service we did not receive, especially when i had to buy data for all those days i've been down. as it stands, i cant work from how, had to drive to the office and spend on petrol..... un-necessary cost really!

28 Dec 2022, 12:28so a technician came through from open serve/telkom and they said the problem is with vox not them. what the hell is going on here, i would think that vox will send their technician top rule out any errors on their side before sending open serve technician. CAN THIS BE SORTED TODAY PLEASE!!!!!!!
