Confused
Good morning.
I placed an order for one of your WIFI packages online after reading some good reviews about you here on this site. Now it's been days since I placed my order and no confirmation of my order being delivered soon or whatsoever. I actually cancelled my order with another company just to go with you. I just need to know what's happening, is it coming or should I go back to that other company.

As per feedback received from our Sales Department, one of our agents have been in contact with you and advised that the RICA documentation sent through was not correct.
Unfortunately, they have also advised us that you have requested that the Sale be cancelled.

I am still new in my area and I do not have time to get a certified I.D copy as I'm mostly either at work or resting.
I did upload one but it's not certified. It would be better if the courier was to verify my original ID before handing over my order just like how most companies do.
for this reason I'm gonna have to go for another company which accepts original uncertified copies for they understand that not all of us have the time to do those things hence we do things online.
But thank you for taking time and attending my query.

That is true.
