Conducting Business under false pretenses

I signed my contract with Vox on 22 January and the selling point for this was that I would qualify for The Pass the Bucks Promotion as per the sales person Aobakwe. I have emails from other members of the team saying that it would be activated end of June. I spoke with a team member on 14 July who saw the promo on my account and but saw that it was not activated. Now I was just informed via email that I do not qualify for this promo because the ONT was already installed? But I was told by Aobakwe that the promotion is applicable to new applicants and redeemed after installation. And now I receive this pathetic excuse from Vox as a way to not honor their commitments. I interpret this as Vox signing me up under false pretenses then backtracking on their commitments.
