Con50: Enough with tampering with my email freedom

I am totally blown away by this as 'A leading telecoms and data provider' when Vox forced their customers to endure the hardships of Fortimail Quarantine service, despite the parent company (Fortinet) having suffered multiple intrusions. Like a true Communist ISP, Vox forced Fortimail on customers without offering them an opt-out clause, merely that we must pay more for other services, like Exchange, despite Fortimail being a global service.

As someone you has had not only a domain and email addresses with Vox's predecessor(DataPro) since 1996/7, but also assisted their now subsidiary company (Frogfoot Networks) to investigate the feasibility of laying FTTH infrastructure in my 1500+ drops suburb.

They have TOTALLY disregarded their mantra of 'We listen', and my countless emails asking for the service to be discontinued on my domain. Despite paying and providing my own antispam and anti-virus system, I must now write off the time and money spent because Vox thinks it is a good idea to implement Fortimail without an opt-out option.

Vox are forcing all email account holders to spend additional time focusing on using a product that had its own systems compromised. Do a Google search for "when was fortinet breached in 2020", and after reading the over 300k news reports, prove Fortimail is any more secure.

Unless my domain and ALL the email addresses thereon is excluded from being checked by Fortimail, I will be looking for a new ISP in early 2021 for both my domain, FTTH, email hosting and posssibly VoIP connectivity too, maybe even cheaper per month.

You can believe this is the start of war unless you act like 'A leading telecoms and data provider', pull finger and deliver as I am sure other providers would value my R1k monthly contribution, especially for better service.
