I have been having issues with my LTE connection speed and have been dealing with a lady from Vox. think her name is Keneilwe Matsekewho, who has been very helpful and pleasant in getting this issue resolved. This lady has kept her word and followed up with me regarding the LTE speed on a regular basis and phones when she says she'll do so. Very impressive. Speeds are now more in line with what I was expecting and the system seems to have stabilised. Until the next time.

Because of the LTE issues and other considerations I have also been talking, telephonically and via email, with Retian Meyer. Another person who has been extremely helpful, and VERY PATIENT, when dealing with my numerous questions.

I would like to commend both Retian Meyer and Keneilwe Matseke for the manner in which they have dealt with my queries and would add that they are an asset to your organisation.
