Completely *********** useless company

I am very disappointed with this company vox tellecom i have never in my life received such poor service i have never had to call a company as much as i have had to call vox i have 1000mb line and since the 4th of jan when they installed the line i have had a problem with the speed all i get is 200mb when i test the line and not one of the *********** people that work there to help me sort it out or to down grade me to the 200mb package i am at the point of getting a lawyer involved to get some feedback or canceling my contact with them and i will not pay cancelation fee
