Complete incompetence - Zero Accountability and Absolutely no Communication.
My Partner I and Signed up with Vox (our 3rd Account with them). We called in so as to avoid confusion and explained the story - we are moving to new premises - which has fibre with another provider already however we wish to use Vox (can you believe it !). The previous owner suspended the service and moved the account to there new premises.
To date I have personally tried to contact Vox seven times - I have emailed there complaints line - I have emailed the Project Specialist: Monica Mahlangu. I have called in an demanded that the issue be escalated.
To do date I have been promised to recieve feedback by end of day 3 times - and once I was promised a call back would be recieved by 8 am (I got a phone call at 7:20 in the morning). I am still waiting to here back..
Now the accounts have been openned... BUT THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED WITH THE FIBRE PROVIDER FROGFOOT ? How on earth does one actually manage to get anything from Vox other than an unwarranted invoice ?

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
The address is still active for the previous tenant and a request was logged with the Network Provider, Frogfoot to install an 812 ONT so that we can activate on the second port.
Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the Network Provider installation was scheduled for Today.
The Project Management team will remain in contact with you until the service installation and activation has been completed.
