Complaint to ISPA resolved!

I have been going back and forth with Vox regarding an invoice for a service I never used.

If you have any queries regarding your account, lodge a complaint to ISPA. I was wrongfully billed for about 4K. I lodged a complaint, an investigation was done and the bill has been credited on my account. Took about a week and a half to resolve.

I am finally free from these ********!
