Complaint

We were contacted for a cordless phone, salesman never explained that they only have Internet phones, and we wanted a normal landline. We already paid, and they deducted a double payment. They came to fetch their phone because it couldn't be connected as we don't have internet. They kept on charging us even though we never had one day of service from them! We asked our old number to be ported by Telkom as they could help us with a landline. Vox denied the number to be ported due to outstanding funding. How can we pay for something we never were able to use, and they came to fetch their phone and equipment from us? They are a bunch of *****s!!!
