Complaint

Absolutely shocking service. I have never come across such an unprofessional company like this before. I signed up for fibre in October last year and had frogfoot come to do the installation 3 months ago and super unprofessional technicians onsite running condute down the entrance of my house, where it could of been placed in the roof. Now to sort it out I must pay additional fees. Stay far away rather pay the extra few hundred somewhere else!
